An exciting VP of FX Trading (Confidential) job has just become available at one of the most prominent global banks based in Jakarta.
About the VP of FX Trading (Confidential) Role:
You will anticipate changes in currency prices and take trading positions in currency pairs on the foreign exchange market to profit from a change in currency demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage risk rising from market-making activity of IDR products
- Actively trade to square and manage client flows
- Access interbank FX (USDIDR) and Bonds (IndoGB) market
- Perform limit-checking and trade booking
Perform desk management tasks
- Prepare daily cash flow, funding, P&L reporting, etc.
- Work with settlement department in onboarding/KYC process of counterparty
Provide data/information to support FICC function
- Write daily and weekly IDR commentaries for relevant group
- Actively manage market-related, data-tracking spreadsheet
To succeed in the VP of FX Trading (Confidential) job, you will need to be sharp in financial analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of six years' relevant trading experience with emphasis on FX spot and FX swap trading
- Proven track record of appetite and ability to manage sizeable risk, e.g. daily open FX position of more than USD 30 million most of the time
- Proven producer in the form of persistently having delivered individual P&L of more than USD 2 million
