About the Investment Management Role:
For this role, you must be strong with numbers and have real estate background with 10 - 20 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects in terms of making business plan, controlling a budget, reporting project situation and proceeding administrations
• Negotiate and propose any opinions as shareholders in the JV
• Operate investment management work continuously
• Work in different departments and manage a team

To succeed in this Investment Management role, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in financial and investment skills as well as work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams and across borders.

Key Requirements:

• Working experience either in a financial department preparing cash flow, BS and PL in enterprise or in consulting firm, investment banking or same institutions
• Excel literacy
• English communication skills
• Digital literacy
• Work experience in real estate related work (not necessary but preferable)
• Experience supporting or leading project management (not necessary but preferable)
• 10 - 20 years of work experience
• Good at numbers and has a financial background
