About the Partner Role:
In the business critical role you will act as an escalation point, relating to identifying synergistic opportunities and debottlenecking operational challenges of the incubator and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple ventures’ operation set-up and helping prepare ventures’ development plans
• Portfolio management relating to the company’s investment portfolio
• Stakeholder management, project sourcing, corporate strategy, market research, due diligence, financial modelling, and deal structuring
• Support the company on new initiatives with primary tasks ranging from deal origination, deal evaluation, deal execution, and deal monitoring (post-investment)
• Provide business research and insight to the management relating to opportunities and trends
• Portfolio management, especially those where company invests in majority
• Ad hoc projects

To succeed in Partner job, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in investment analytics, and have a high professional network.

Key Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance is required, postgraduate degree is preferred
• Minimum of eight years' experience in investment banking/corporate finance (investment)
• Strong analytical abilities combined with pragmatic approach
• Experienced with due diligence and financial modelling
• Dedicated, hands on and result-driven personality
