About the Investment Associate- Venture Capital role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working with a team of high-calibre investment professionals in sourcing and managing investment deals.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, identify and analyse investment opportunities, and execute deals
• Assist in preliminary due diligence on specific opportunities to assess attractiveness
• Construct buy side M&A Valuation model for potential joint venture
• Develop detailed financial models and projections to enable and support investment decision making
• Perform market research and competitive analysis, draft investment cases and business plans
• Manage existing investment portfolios and manage buyouts and exits
• Prepare Investors presentations as well as strategic plan

Key requirements include:

• Possess strong technical skills including industry/business/financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling skills
• Has managed due diligence process, investment structuring and legal documentation
• Has experience in sourcing deals, executing transactions and portfolio management
• Has worked in international private equity, investment banks, Big 4 audit and consulting firms
• Independent, self starter and passionate about technology and digital innovation
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
