As the Head of Business Development Partnership, your primary role will be to drive sustainable and aggressive business growth within the microinsurance field. You will be responsible for establishing clear objectives for each team member, developing frameworks that support their work, and securing partnership acquisitions. Your role will also involve liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of business partnership projects. Your ability to collaborate effectively with insurance partners will be crucial in securing market-leading products for our clients.

You have a proven track record of driving business growth and are able to form excellent working relationships with partners, particularly e-commerce companies and insurance companies. Your superb interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills set you apart from others. As a data-driven strategic thinker with strong business acumen, you are comfortable multi-tasking and handling uncertainty with minimal guidance.

  • Master/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance or related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth
  • Excellent working relationship with partners especially e-commerce companies and insurance companies
  • Superb interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Data driven strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • At least 5 years of relevant Business Development experience; with strong people management experience expected
