An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Partnership & New Business.   • Manage business activities in preferred partnerships to support the implementation of business plans and achievement of business targets.

What you'll do:

As the Chief of Partnership and New Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction. You will be responsible for developing our preferred partnership business unit strategy, managing key business activities, and fostering strong relationships with our bank partners. Your ability to plan, select, develop, coach, and evaluate your team will be crucial in ensuring we have a competent workforce that can deliver on our objectives. Your commitment to good corporate governance will ensure we continue to deliver quality business outcomes.

  • Develop preferred partnership business unit strategy, business plan, and budgetary.
  • Manage business activities in preferred partnerships to support the implementation of business plans and achievement of business targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with preferred bank partners as business stakeholders.
  • Plan, select, develop, coach, and evaluate subordinates to ensure productive and competent talent.
  • Ensure the implementation of business plan aligns with Channel strategy and target.
  • Optimise sales team performance to achieve business plans as defined by company strategy.
  • Build and maintain good corporate governance to ensure delivery of quality business.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Chief of Partnership and New Business role brings a wealth of experience from the Bancassurance area. With at least 12-25 years in the industry, including a minimum of 5 years as a National Sales Head, you have a proven track record in managing sales planning for strategic bank partners and business expansion. Your ability to identify best practices and provide accurate recommendations to bank partners will be invaluable in this role. You are adept at developing, training, and educating sales management teams and sales forces.

  • Minimum S1 bachelor’s degree, with any major.
  • 12 - 25 years’ experience in Bancassurance area with minimum 5 years’ experience as National Sales Head.
  • Substantial experience in the Top 5 company in life insurance industry with focus Bancassurance sales management.
  • Ability to identify best practices to give accurate recommendations to bank partners e.g.: sales models, fund strategy, new product & solution for customer’s needs.
  • Ability to develop, train and educate sales management team and sales force.
  • Track Record in managing sales planning for strategic bank partner and business expansion.
