About the SVP Corporate Strategy Role:
Reporting to the President Director, you will play a leadership role in the business, leading the strategy management team in the development of long-range of strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across teams to ensure all parts of the organisations are aligned
• Grow the company organically by enlarging the current business channels and creating the new business channels
• Grow the company inorganically through M&A (deal execution from sourcing, negotiation, and closing)
• Support data tracking, analysis, and modelling of operations to enable informed decision making
• Help set the strategic direction for the company
• Work collaboratively with leadership to ensure the successful execution of strategic goals
• Drive strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals
• Analyse and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, and competitive threats
• Partner with product and operations to translate strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects, priorities and timelines
• Conduct fact-based evaluation of strategic options and provides recommendations to the management
• Partner with executive leadership to define the business strategy and success criteria for the future
• Ensure alignment and attainment of strategic plans with the enterprise
• Create build/buy/partner analyses

To succeed in this SVP Corporate Strategy role, you will need to have strong skills in data and quantitative analysis.

Key Requirements:

• At least 20 years' experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, corporate finance, or management consulting
• Strong leadership skills; preferably someone who is currently already at the SVP level
• Excellent communication skills in English
