About the Head of Partnership and Distribution - Sharia Role:
Reporting to the Head of Bancassurance you will ensure the targeted market growth is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Together with the Head of Distribution, set strategic business direction of partnership distribution at a specified time
• Manage the day-to-day sales activities across bank partners through a collaborative and team approach with the National Account Head
• Provide related leadership within work scope/area – interaction with the channels heads (National Account Head)
• Provide management recommendations to the HOD over strategic business initiatives in order to improve results and bring ideas on business development to specified channels
• Together with the channel head, organise business planning and review session with various bank partners (at least twice a year)
• Assist the project management work over new initiatives within the business function, together with the account management team
• Organise the annual budgeting process and maintain the all year round budgeting check for PD Head
• Together with the PD Head, look at fresh opportunities to expand the business

To succeed in this Head of Partnership and Distribution - Sharia, you will need good communication skills and communication strategy with all stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Have an extensive exposure to Sharia - Life Insurance Products
• Experience in Sales, Partnership, and Distribution for at least 15 years
• Experience in managing big team of sales forces across Indonesia
• Excellent communication skills in English
