About the VP of Customer Management Role:
Reporting to the Chief of Marketing Officer, you will ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve customer experience, creating customer solutions based on customer profile
• Monitor using best practices such as fairness for customers, product suitability, market conditions, adequate risk mitigation, competitiveness, etc.
• Improve relationships with customers and ensure customers get personalised communication
• Create a customer retention programme to support long-term protection programmes for customers
• Ensure satisfaction and loyalty of customers
• Plan with business executives and stakeholders
• Design and improve customer experience
• Lead customer experience and service teams
• Hire and monitor customer service representatives
• Evaluate customer touchpoints

• At least 20 years of experience in customer management, customer experience, and marketing
• Experience in leading big teams
