A large general insurance company is embarking on an exciting journey and is seeking a Head of Partnerships (Insurance) - Multi Finance for their Indonesian business. In this job, you will work directly with the leadership team, and play a key part in developing their multi-finance business and digital partnerships.

About the Head of Partnerships (Insurance) - Multi Finance Role:
This business critical role helps to develop and maintain long-term partnerships with preferred partners to accomplish growth and the company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities
• Present recommendations on strategic fit, partnership structure and ways of working
• Drive all stages of the partnership including origination, opportunity identification and partnership agreement
• Drive new sales and business growth in the areas of multi-finance and banking partners
• Maintain a strong and professional working relationships with relevant multi-finance, bancassurance and technology partners
• Work closely with the distribution network
• Establish a referral network with local clients

To succeed in this Head of Partnerships (Insurance) - Multi Finance role, you will have a strong background in general insurance.

Key Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Eight or more years of relevant experience within the general insurance industry
• Proven track record in sales, marketing and business development
• Comfortable within a fast-paced and changing environments
• Degree qualified
