Robert Walters is delighted to be partnering with a large regional insurance business in their recruiting of a new Chief Executive Officer job to be based in Indonesia. This is an exiting business with significant funding, looking to continue their impressive growth journey into digital insurance.

About the Chief Executive Officer - Insurance Role:
Reporting into the Board of Directors, a wide-range of responsibilities includes acting as the figurative head of the organisation when communication with all internal stakeholders, government entities and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the organisation's long and short-term strategies
• Manage overall operations and major decisions affecting the organisation growth
• Assess and minimise the risks to the company
• Set strategic goals
• Provide company wide leadership
• Help to direct their company wide digital transformation

To succeed in this Chief Executive Officer - Insurance role, you must be a seasoned insurance professional with proven experience in a C-level position

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualified and MBA preferred
• At least 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry and/or as a Management Consultant
• At least 10 years in a leadership position with experience as a Director
• Strong interest in offering digital projects and/ or experience with a large digital transformation
• Fluency in both English and Indonesia Bahasa
