About the Head of Customer Led Proposition Role:
You will support the expansion of the company's market in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the research team to understand customer needs
• Develop simple, customer-based propositions and products
• Be responsible for the timely delivery of the product roadmap
• Work seamlessly with key internal partners: distribution team, underwriting team, legal and compliance, risk, operations, etc.
• Optimise current products
• Rationalise and simplify the product portfolio
• Demonstrate effective team leadership
• Run PPPC processes with stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive product and tech experience, and also a strong commercial mindset and good sense of how to build a brand.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 15 years of relevant work experience at a senior level
• Experience in product development and management, team leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience within regulated environment such as financial services
• Customer-focused
• Must have a high standard of English (both verbal and written)
