What you'll do:
As the Head of Finance & Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future. Your expertise in strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth. You will lead the finance and accounting team with a focus on developing sound financial strategies that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, managing internal controls, liaising with external auditors, providing insightful financial analysis for executive decision-making, optimizing cash flow management, and driving process improvements within the finance function.
* Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
* Ensure compliance with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and other relevant financial regulations.
* Manage internal controls, risk assessment, and financial audits.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
* Provide financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
* Optimize cash flow management and capital structure.
* Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies within the finance function.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Head of Finance & Accounting position brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting along with strong leadership skills. With at least 5-7 years of experience in the field including 2 years in a leadership role, you have a deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations especially within the securities industry. Your experience working with OJK reporting requirements coupled with your proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and process optimization will be invaluable in this role. Your excellent team management skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in financial software and ERP systems will further contribute to your success.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations in Indonesia, particularly in the securities industry.
* Experience working with OJK reporting requirements and financial compliance.
* Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and process optimization.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
* CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
