About the VP Finance Role:
In the business critical role you will be responsible for the coordination of the accounting closing and for the preparation of statutory accounts and local regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Required to have an overall duty of vigilance and alarm. This involves identifying all potential malfunctions and reporting any events or occurrences likely to have a negative impact on the accounting processes or results to the hierarchical manager
• Be responsible for direct contribution to the operational permanent control framework, which includes ensuring the appropriate logging of incidents in internal systems as required under that framework
• Act for the entity as the point of contact for external auditors and contribute to the coordination of the audit work
• Handle financial management, accounting and reporting tasks
• Manage tax reporting and controls: monitoring of tax risk including its computation, payment and reporting, statutory accounting and local reporting (including liquidity and capital related reports)
• Manage accounts payable: booking and payments of general expenses (including staff claims); intercompany invoicing

To succeed in VP Finance job, you must proficient in English, have solid experience in technical finance and accounting skills within corporate banking as well as possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in the banking industry (especially corporate and investment banking)
• Three years of experience in a reputable audit firm is preferred
• Ability to communicate (speak, read, write) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience with local reporting and group reporting
