About the Head of Finance Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for taking on a strategic role in a cross-functional, matrixed organisation across multiple product lines and group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting function including standalone reporting, consolidation, regulatory reporting, management accounts (for shareholders), financial audits and regulatory audits
• Lead the accounts payable and bank treasury function and ensure appropriate processes are in place and timeliness of payments
• Manage the tax functions across all geographies
• Manage other functions/departments may be required based on the candidate’s experience
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives around scaling, infrastructure, book closing timelines, information accuracy and timeliness
• Work in a fast-growth environment and be a key stakeholder in advising internal teams on new product launches related to finance matters

To succeed in this Head of Finance job, you must proficient in English, have solid experience in technical finance and accounting skills within fintech industry as well as possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
• At least eight years of experience in accounting or related roles
• Chartered accounting designation
• Experience in tax function a plus
• Strong team leadership experience
• Experience in scaling teams and implementing accounting process improvements
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Knowledge of Indonesia accounting standards
