About the GM Finance (Securities) Role:
Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute in comprehensive financial accounting and tax reporting services while ensuring strict adherence to financial accounting norms and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee general affairs and human resources functions to ensure smooth operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial accounting and tax reporting services
• Ensure compliance with financial accounting regulations
• Monitor regulatory ratios and liaise with compliance
• Prepare and publish statutory financial statements
• Manage VAT and income tax computation and reporting
• Perform controls in ORUS system
• Handle commission fee income processes
• Support auditors and provide responses
• Contribute to internal control certifications
• Provide financial analysis to senior management
• Enforce control principles and update SOP
• Contribute to the Internal Control Framework
• Manage pantry expenses, supplier invoices, vehicle maintenance
• Receive expense information and supporting documents
• Validate and review submitted expense information
• Handle funding of Nostro accounts
• Manage vehicle insurance processes
• Maintain insurance documents
• Assist in monthly payroll activities and tax payments
• Monitor mandatory staff training and follow up
• Control access card issuance and coordinate with IT
• Control and report block leave

• Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
