About the CFO Role:
In the business critical role you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the finance and accounting, actuary, product, channel administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute and give effort to achieve corporate KPI and manage related function to achieve the KPIs
• Manage strategic pillars:
• Develop customer centricity and strong brand proposition
• Expand distribution capacity
• Ensure operational excellence
• Foster people growth and development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Execute IFRS 17 implementation
• Run day-to-day accounting and financial operations including but not limited to tax matters, OJK requirements (Sharia, risk management, etc.)
• Manage business improvement
• Support the CEO in doing business reviews and strategic initiatives
• Monitor and oversee some committee under management and internal (global leadership, global initiative task force, etc.)

To succeed in this CFO job, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in technical finance and accounting skills as well as possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• Education: University degree (minimum requirements)
• Experience: Minimum of 8 - 10 extensive years’ experience in financial control in life insurance
• Others: preferably with a Chief Actuary background
• Excellent management skills
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
