What you'll do:
As a Corporate Finance Manager, your role will be crucial to our client's success and expansion in the Asian market. You will lead the origination and partial execution of corporate finance activities, driving business growth by developing new client relationships and opportunities. Your proactive approach will be key in generating new business opportunities and establishing a strong local presence. While most of the transaction execution will be managed by an execution hub, you will oversee key aspects of deal origination from Jakarta, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards. Strong liaison with the execution team is essential for the success of transactions.
* Lead the origination and partial execution of corporate finance activities
* Develop new client relationships and opportunities in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt structuring and restructuring, valuation, and advisory
* Assist in the origination and nurturing of new & existing relationships to help the global expansion
* Generate new business opportunities and focus on creating a strong local presence in Indonesia
* Oversee key aspects of the deal origination from Jakarta, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards
* Liaise strongly with the execution team to ensure the success of transactions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Corporate Finance Manager position brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields; an MBA or CFA would be desirable. You should have more than 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or at a Big Four firm. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word is expected along with financial modelling skills. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as well as fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required. Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required is a must.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or CFA is desirable
* +5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or at a Big Four firm
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and strong problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
* Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required
