What you'll do:
As a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the M&A process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing intricate financial models for transactions, conducting thorough financial analyses on potential targets, and assisting in strategic planning at both corporate and business unit levels. You will also contribute to corporate governance efforts by helping develop internal controls and risk management strategies. What you bring:
As a Corporate Finance Manager/Lead (Multifinance), you bring a wealth of knowledge from your background in finance or a related field. Your experience in investment banking or management consulting has equipped you with strong proficiency in financial modelling and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Your excellent communication skills allow you to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences. Moreover, your proven project management skills enable you to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
* Big4 associate manager/manager is prioritised.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
* Experience in Investment banking, financial advisory or management consulting (3-5 years).
* Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
* Deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
