What you'll do:
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve diving deep into financial data, extracting valuable insights that inform strategic decisions. You will prepare comprehensive financial reports, develop annual budgets, and monitor performance against key business metrics. Your expertise will also be crucial in supporting treasury functions, managing capital structure, overseeing risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. * Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making processes
* Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
* Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and plans
* Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, monitoring variances between actuals and budget/forecasts
* Support treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans


What you bring:
The ideal Corporate Finance Analyst brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles in corporate finance or related fields. You have a strong academic background in finance or economics complemented by professional certifications. Your proficiency in using various financial modelling tools enables you to analyse complex data effectively. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to present financial information in a clear and concise manner. Your attention to detail is impeccable, ensuring high levels of accuracy in your work. Above all, you have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with various departments.

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
* 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial planning and analysis or related field
* Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel), experience with ERP systems and financial databases is a plus
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
