About the Investment Banking Professionals Role:
Reporting to the business leaders, this company is actively seeking seasoned professionals at the mid-to-senior level to join and enhance its financial advisory team. Within this dynamic role, bankers excel in orchestrating significant corporate transactions for both state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and private corporations. This encompasses a wide spectrum, including M&A, pre-IPO preparations, corporate and financial restructuring, and an array of other services within the realm of corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior bankers to strategise, lead, and oversee the execution of mandates in alignment with the established plan and timeline
• Take charge of crafting financial models, presentations, and diverse documents essential for client transactions
• Engage in all facets of deal execution, encompassing due diligence, the creation of crucial transaction documents, valuation analysis, and negotiation
• Evaluate financial statements, conduct industry/market research, and gather market data to underpin strategic recommendations and solutions for clients
• Stay vigilant on current events and industry trends, integrating this awareness into transaction execution strategies
• Collaborate with clients and internal Mandiri Sekuritas teams to ensure the seamless and successful execution of transactions
• Assist senior bankers in nurturing client relationships and identifying fresh business prospects
• Develop persuasive pitch books and marketing materials to secure new deals
• Offer support for ad hoc requests from senior bankers
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Contribute to various aspects of mandate execution, including managing internal processes

To succeed in this Investment Banking Professionals role, you will need to possess strong technical skills including industry/business/financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree from reputable institutions
• Minimum of four years in investment banking/consulting/financial advisory/corporate finance/equity research (looking for mid-to-senior level position)
• Solid hypotheses driven problem solving skill and structured communication
• Aptitude for numbers and financial analysis as well as interest in finance and investment
• Strong quantitative, technical, and financial skill - Good in Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well knowledge in finance and valuation, building financial model and writing power point presentation
• Strong work ethic – drive and enthusiasm; and leadership qualities – initiative, integrity, creativity, and teamwork
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and has good time management
• Ability to plan, drive, and monitor mandate execution
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to work with client senior leaderships to drive/manage mandate execution
• Fluent in Bahasa and English
