Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Engagement Specialist to join their dynamic banking team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create and implement innovative engagement strategies, monitor brand indexes, and drive customer loyalty.

What you'll do:

As a Lead Engagement Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the achievement of a minimum funded rate of 30%. You will also be tasked with developing activation and portfolio programmes that maintain healthy average balances with the bank. A key part of your role will involve creating programmes based on customer segmentation and profiling. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to continuously monitor Brand Index, as well as keep an eye on competitor programmes and campaigns. Working alongside the Business Intelligence team, you'll gain insights into customer behaviour and profiles, which you'll use to develop purposeful communication trees that map out customer journeys. You'll also design missions or gamification concepts to boost engagement levels. Ensuring Product per Person is at least three, along with monitoring portfolio budget and effectiveness, will also fall under your remit.

* Ensure achievement of a minimum funded rate of 30%

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Lead Engagement Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience in creating and implementing engagement strategies. You will have a strong understanding of customer segmentation and profiling techniques, and experience in working with Customer Experience teams to monitor Brand Indexes. Your ability to continuously monitor competitor programmes and campaigns will be crucial to this role. You'll also have experience in working with Business Intelligence teams to understand customer behaviour and profiles, and proven ability in creating purposeful communication trees for product mapping or customer journey creation. Experience in designing missions or gamification concepts for increasing engagement is also required. Lastly, you should be able to ensure Product per Person is at least three, and have experience in monitoring portfolio budgets and effectiveness.
