About the Head of Transaction Banking (cash product and trade) Role:
In the business critical role, you will be responsible for driving and generating opportunities and creating product strategy within cash management and trade finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and innovate customised cash management solution as well as liquidity products for wholesale bank customers within various industries including bank and insurance industries, automotive, oil and gas
• Define marketing strategy for cash management products/services and initiate product programmes/campaigns, provided to external and internal, to boost product revenue and transaction volume
• Regularly review products/services performance including product risks review, productivity and profitability analysis
• Pricing review to support target revenue, based on market research and customers’ profitability
• Work closely with the Sales team in delivering product/service presentation to clients including business requirements discussion
• Set products/services policy, regulation and procedures within internal stakeholders
• Products/services approval from Bank Indonesia

To succeed in this Head of Transaction Banking role, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in cash management and trade finance as well as possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• Corporate bank experience
• Exposure to or understanding of cash management and trade products and services
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and the ability to relate to different levels of clients and internal stakeholders
• Solution-oriented and good attention to detail
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (daily communication will be with regional team)
