About the Head of Transaction Banking (Local Corporate FI) Role:
In the business critical role you will be responsible for driving and generating sales opportunities within local corporate financial institutions and bank channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue target
• Generate detailed client/product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities
• Develop deep understanding of the client need/product detail and bank’s capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations
• Conversant with relevant legal, regulatory and bank policy requirements and operate accordingly
• Together with the Lead Salesperson ensure liaison with existing clients.
• Research and foster new client opportunities.
• Build the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff – if applicable and to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery

To succeed in Head of Transaction banking (Local Corporate FI) job, you must proficient in English and have a strong network within local corporate FI with solid track records.

Key Requirements:

• Corporate clients experience preferably to financial institutions.
• Exposure to or understanding of Cash Management products and services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills – ability to relate to different levels of clients and internal stakeholders.
• Solution oriented and good attention to detail
• Fluent in Bahasa and English (daily communication will be with regional team)
