A regional fintech company is looking for a Head of Sales and Partnership in Indonesia to develop their sales team to acquire and maintain their clientele list.
About the Head of Sales and Partnership Role:
As Head of Sales and Partnership , you will be responsible to lead a successful team in a dynamic and fast-paced growth environment. This role requires you to have an overall responsibility for the sales team tasked to acquire new clients (banks, multi finance companies, P2P and fintech).
- Defining and driving the execution of the business development strategy for the market
- Hiring and manage the sales and account management team, provide individual sales/revenue targets and be accountable for the results achieved
- Deepening the relationships with strategic clients across banks, multi-finance companies, P2P and fintech
- Driving innovation for identifying gaps in the market and creating new products or different partnership models
- Working seamlessly and contributing in a multicultural / multi-country team
To succeed in this role, you must have a good track record of setting up an enterprise sales business and also knowledge of consumer finance will be preferred.
- Proven successful experience in building and scaling a successful enterprise sales business in Indonesia
- Goal-oriented person coupled with a strong hunger and passion to drive revenues
- Strong relationships in financial institutions and knowledge of consumer lending products is preferred
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Proven managerial capabilities and an ability to attract strong talent to the firm
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities in the market and develop new ideas for delivering new products to the market
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Analytical and data-driven person
