A start-up financial technology company located in Jakarta is currently looking for Brand Communication Manager.
About the Brand Communication Manager role:
As the Brand Communication Manager, you will be responsible for both online (all social media platforms) and offline campaigns to build the awareness from the market about the company. The manager will directly report to the Head of Marketing as well as liaise with the regional to ensure all campaigns done aligned with the guidelines given as well as the mission and vision of the company.
The other responsibilities are:
- Lead the development of brand strategy by analysing competitive landscape, identifying the gaps and needs of our target consumers while considering insights and best practices in other industries and market trends
- Develop a comprehensive brand positioning and communication considering the status quo of the brand
- Working closely with all stakeholders, presenting proposal and managing multiple interest from each department with mindset to support/service any related needs from brand
- Lead activation program developments by working closely with agencies, being in line with brand strategy and evaluate effectiveness, monitors result and recommends corrective actions
- Capture leanings and provide to stakeholders as input for best practices (internal and external).
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
The key requirements are:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing functions.
- Requires constant communication, thus, strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Has cross cultural experience.
- Should also be knowledgeable in brand marketing and/or public relations (brand management, communication campaign and consumer focus)
- Has experience developing & implementing marketing programs (a must)
- Has experience in data mining & analysis (desirable)
- Must be highly motivated, well organised, detail-oriented, creative and innovative, and possess good time management skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritise and influence stakeholders; understand the target market and its dynamics.
