About the Senior Customer Service Manager role:
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for handling the customer's needs. The candidate must familiar with customer service's applications such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Lead a customer service team to handle the customer’s queries and needs and giving a quick solution for the problems
- Analyse the customer's behaviour from the agency level or team level
- Responsible to manage the reply for all the incoming emails and live chat (CS Support) during the designated hours
To succeed in this role, you must have a good interpersonal skill to take care of the complaints and queries from the customers.
Other key requirements:
- Possess the customer service attitude of serving the customers
- Able to work in fast pace environment and tight deadline
- Fintech background is preferable
- Familiar with data analysis
