An exciting Country Sales Director role has just become available in a new financial technology start-up company, focusing on mobile wallet solution.
About the Country Sales Director role:
As Country Sales Director, you will work very closely with the CEO, especially to maintain the corporate account and also to build up a good relationship with the customers and vendors. The candidate will also need to achieve the sales targeted to his directorate.
Other key responsibilities:
- Create and execute on Business Development (BD) and market management plans for prepaid, debit and corporate card and wallet platform products
- Manage a portfolio of customers, also sourcing new business to drive revenue growth
- Primary responsibility of driving new business growth and market share by delivering the Commercial Card Solutions and platforms, as well as retaining existing business
- Work closely with corporate product and sales organisation on prioritising new leads and participate as an active member of the deal team for deal structuring, pricing and execution
- Utilise tools (HubSpot) to report territory pipeline and forecast information accurately and on a timely basis
- Five to seven years of experience in sales/BD role in banking/financial services/bank cards environment
- Knowledge in financial and/or commercial card products and regional partnerships
- Good understanding of card payments, network and merchants
- Experience in managing prospect through all sales cycles: from generating leads, fostering the relationship, uncovering the needs, positioning the product to client needs as well as negotiating pricing/contract
