- Lead the team, achieving team target, encourage teamwork and motivate team members
- Improve present work flows/systems to achieve the most efficient system
To succeed in this role, you will need to have close partnership with bank partners as well as other financial institutions’ partners and able to build strong relationship with clients.
- Possess a good University degree
- Sound understanding of mutual fund products
- Strategic oriented and well driven person who passionate in sales
- Exposure in leading a team before is preferable
