About the IFRS 17 - Actuarial Subject-Matter Expert Role:
In this business critical role, you will support the IFRS17 Pilot Solution Implementation Lead in ensuring the outcomes of the IFRS17 programme are enabled through the design of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support actuarial model implementation and shape the development of the new IFRS 17 compliant model
• Develop the methods and assumptions (M&A) for actuarial model and CSM calculation and support in the sign-off of the M&A by the BU first-line defence
• Perform IFRS 17 policy development and assessments, including but not limited to contract boundaries, measurement model, coverage units, reinsurance, IFRS 17 discount rates, etc.
• Support other IFRS 17 cross-functional workstreams, such as reinsurance, transition and operation process redesign
• Perform IFRS 17 impact assessment. Understand IFRS 17 impact on the business. Work with various teams to recommend changes to product, ALM and investments strategies
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to SLFI actuarial team on IFRS 17

To succeed in this IFRS 17 - Actuarial Subject-Matter Expert role, you must provide updates to SLFI management team on IFRS 17 and its impact to the business.

Key Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree
• Minimum of eight years' actuarial experience at a life insurance company
• Exposure to Asuransi Actuarial Change Management
• Demonstrated interest in IFRS17, Solvency II knowledge is beneficial
