Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing new product (B2C and B2B)
• Develop product concept and assess the requirement for new product based on market needs
• Monitoring product performance and monitor internal process for efficiency and validity pre and post product launch/changes.

Key Requirements:

• Three to four years' working experience in conventional insurance and/or insurtech (must have exposure on general insurance)
• Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
• Good understanding of product development
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
