A local FMCG company is recruiting for a Management Accountant Manager job to support their business in Jakarta. In this job, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis for the company along with other ad hoc issues.

About the Management Accountant Manager Role:
This is a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a local FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce timely and accurate financial statements, consists of annual budget, strategic plan, monthly forecast
• Review monthly actual result versus budget, forecast, last year and provide commentaries
• Build intense communication with budget holders to ensure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities and to ensure actual results are in line with budget
• Send out monthly spending (expenses) versus budget to all Department Heads on monthly basis, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget
• Provide financial support to the Commercial and Operation team function in term of business project
• Prepare financial report on ad hoc basis
• Keep updated to business, industry and economic updates to enhance quality of financial services provided

To succeed in this Management Accountant Manager role, you must possess good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills.

Key Requirements:

• Accounting degree (S1) from a reputable university; MM/MBA is a plus
• 7 - 10 years' working experience in financial planning/management accounting area, preferably in a multinational FMCG company
• Ability to multitask and be a self-starter, proactive and good team player
• Readiness and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Ability to operate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; VBA or Microsoft Access is an advantage
