Finance Business Partner

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial guidance and support decision-making across key business units. This role involves working closely with teams in sales, operations, marketing, procurement, and supply chain to drive performance and ensure sound financial planning.

Our client is a food manufacturer active in multiple countries. Your role is to drive sales and grow the organization. With your insights you thrive the business. Your background in FMCG will help you in understanding the business quickly. As Finance Business Partner you directly report to the CFO. Your insights are key to the strategy.

Key Responsibilities as Finance Business Partner:

• Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights that guide strategy and operations.
• Build accurate financial models and business cases for new initiatives, investments, and projects.
• Analyze revenue streams, profitability drivers, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards.
• Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders based on data analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8–12 years of experience in finance roles, including at least 5 years in FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, SAP (Power BI is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and deliver results.
