What you'll do:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business issues and proposing solutions. You will collaborate with the executive team on developing the company's medium to long-term financial plans. Your role will involve evaluating projections and budgets generated by your analysts and recommending necessary modifications. You will also manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis. This includes working with various business units to forecast future income and expenses. Your expertise will be vital in modelling long-term growth and determining the influencing business elements.
- Identify and comprehend business issues and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop medium to long-term financial and strategic plans
- Evaluate and recommend modifications to projections and budgets generated by your analysts
- Manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, such as planning, spending, forecasting, report generation, etc.
- Work with various business units to forecast income and expenses for the next few years
- Model long-term growth and determine the business elements that influence it
- Provide comprehensive review and commentary on cost center findings

- 8-15 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
- Experience in plant finance, controlling, and costing in manufacturing or FMCG industry
- A Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence and reporting software

- Excellent communication skills with relationship-building abilities
- Proven capability to lead projects throughout an organization
- Advanced computer program skills including ability to write macros in Excel
