Our client is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Senior Manager to join their team in Jakarta. You will be responsible for producing accurate financial statements, reviewing monthly results, and providing insightful commentaries. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with budget holders.
What you'll do:
As an FP&A Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate and timely financial statements, including annual budgets, strategic plans, and monthly forecasts. You will review monthly actual results against these projections, providing insightful commentaries that drive decision-making. Your excellent communication skills will be key in building strong relationships with budget holders, ensuring they are fully aware of their responsibilities and that actual results align with budget expectations. In addition to this, you will provide crucial financial support to the Commercial and Operation Team Function for various business projects.
- Produce timely and accurate financial statements, including Annual Budget, Strategic Plan, Monthly Forecast
- Review monthly actual result versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and provide insightful commentaries
- Build strong communication with budget holders to ensure alignment with financial objectives
- Provide regular updates on spending versus budget to all Department Heads, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget
- Offer financial support to Commercial and Operation Team Function in terms of business projects
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required
- Stay updated with business, industry and economic trends to enhance the quality of financial services provided
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the FP&A Senior Manager role brings a wealth of experience in Financial Planning and Management Accounting. With an Accounting Degree from a reputable university, you have spent 5-8 years honing your skills in these areas. Your ability to multitask effectively allows you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy. You are proactive and self-motivated, always ready to take the initiative in your work. Your excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing, enables you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is essential, and knowledge of VBA or Microsoft Access will be a significant advantage.
- Possess an Accounting Degree (S1) from a reputable university; MM/MBA is a plus
- Have 5-8 years of working experience in Financial Planning / Management Accounting area
- Experience in FMCG industry
- Ability to multitask effectively and proactively take initiative
- Willingness and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; knowledge of VBA or Microsoft Access is advantageous
