About the AVP FP&A Role:
This position will be a critical role within the finance/accounting division reporting directly to the CFO. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join a rising start-up company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly business review reports, monthly leadership team meeting reports, P&L analysis, brand performance analysis
• Provide finance support during brand planning, sales forecasting and departmental cost discussions
• Prepare required reports for annual budget, strategic plan and rolling forecast/latest estimate/latest outlook, integrated product strategy
• Monitor deals and discounts, P&L and brand performance review, and spending on promotions
• Provide functional cost reports by department/business franchise versus budget/LO/productivity KPIs
• Work in coordination with assigned business franchise and functions, proactively identify issues and timely heads-up to management
• Provide pricing, scenario simulations and business case support
• Provide timely financial report and information to facilitate decision making
• Act as a business partner to business functions and develop solutions for business needs
• Provide reliable business information to further improve cost components to meet strategic goals

To succeed in this AVP FP&A role, you must have more than eight years of experience in a managerial role with strong analytical skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting or equivalent
• More than eight years' experience in a business/finance area
• Familiar with Indonesian accounting
• Good command of English
• Sense of responsibility
• Background in manufacturing sector
• Positive mindset and motivated
