About the Finance Business Partner Role:
In this key role, you will support the BU to drive the whole business. Reporting directly to the Finance director, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide meaningful financial analysis focusing on sales and investments
• Participate in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and cross-functional work teams
• Act as a finance business partner – liaise and support each of the supporting departments of the division
• Provide insights, strategies, recommendations based on the financial report analysis
• Audit the financial planning process and reviews the use of financial models
• Perform highly complex financial analysis and research
• Monitor department expenses and capital budgeting through tracking and reporting activities
• Close monthly audits

To succeed in this Finance Business Partner role, you will need great analytical skills.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years' experience in finance including FP&A experience in a company, preferably in pharmaceuticals or FMCG
• Big 4 experience
• Good financial analysis skills (P/L, B/S, working capital and cash flow)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills
• Capable of problem analysis and problem solving in difficult situations and when required, within strict timescales and deadlines
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
