Financial controller

About the Role As Financial Controller, you’ll take full ownership of financial planning, reporting, and performance management. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver accurate insights to management, and drive collaboration across business functions to enhance financial results and operational efficiency. You will report directly to the CFO

As a Financial controller for this company it is important to have experience in a TBK company. Without this experience you won't be able to succeed in this organization. YOur base will be in Bogor.

Key Responsibilities for the Financial controller

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles — 100% on time and accurate.

• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights within 3 days of closing.

• Oversee monthly and quarterly reports for management and board.

• Ensure full compliance with PSAK, internal policies, and OJK requirements — zero findings.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital to support dividend targets.

• Build and maintain digital dashboards to track key financial KPIs.

• Identify at least 3 cost optimization or margin improvement opportunities annually.

• Mentor and develop the finance team — with structured training and individual improvement plans.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Preferably added with big4 experience

• 8–12 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or strategy roles, including 3–5 years in leadership.

• Solid understanding of financial reporting (PSAK), forecasting, and budgeting.

• Advanced skills in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical mindset, presentation skills, and business partnering experience.
