About the Head of Accounting, Budget and Reporting Role:
This is a critical role within a holding company reporting directly to CFO that is a strategic partner to the Country Head and business line heads in managing the business. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a large local conglomerate company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Country Head and work with business line heads in handling business and operational issues
• Report on financial performance at management meetings
• Provide financial analysis to assist business and operational decision making
• Month-end closing, including consolidated financial reporting, consolidated management reporting, and statutory reporting in compliance with the company regulation
• Consolidated annual budgeting and quarterly forecast
• Prepare audit schedule, manage all internal and external audit matters, and follow up with action plan
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances and year-end transfer pricing
• Manage consolidated cash flow forecast and tax compliance
• Other ad hoc issue

To succeed in this Head of Accounting, Budget and Reporting role, you must possess good communication skill and strong business partnering.

Key Requirements:

• At least 15 years' experience with strong exposure for overall finance management
• Good knowledge of Indonesia GAAP
• Holding company background is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills in managing and coaching a team
• Good knowledge of local corporate, tax and other regulatory compliance
• CPA certification is a plus
