Senior Finance Manager

About the Senior Finance Manager Role:
This is a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Regional Finance. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to lead the finance team of a leading professional services and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project accounting and finance team, oversee the day-to-day project companies accounting and finance function
• Ensure the timely and accurate analysis of project companies’ financial reporting, budgets and forecasts
• Review and improve project companies’ accounting procedures to ensure all transactions comply with Indonesia regulations and align with group companies’ code of conduct
• Review and advise on risk and compliance matters
• Handle project companies’ tax matters and provide necessary advice to management with regards the tax related issues. Project companies’ financial strategies planning including but not limited to liquid assets placement, equity injection, etc.
• Be the key person to liaise with financial institutions/consultants for project financing matters
• Propose effective suggestions/solutions to the project directors with a concise summary for any matters related to finance, accounting and tax
• Liaise with the auditor to prepare the audited financial report

To succeed in this Senior Finance Manager role, you must possess good leadership, communication skills and strong business partnering ability.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy, ACCA or related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA is preferred
• CPA/CA is preferred
• Minimum of 15 years' relevant project accounting, tax and finance management working experience. At least five years in professional services is required
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax requirements
• Ability to lead the team and also work independently and willing to be hands on at handling complex and making crucial business decisions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues across divisions and external business partners
