• Partner closely with commercial, operational, and international teams to drive profitability and optimise overall business performance through effective collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and efficiency enhancement within financial processes and data systems for greater accuracy.
• Build and develop the capabilities of finance analysts and business partners by providing mentorship, guidance, and training to improve insight generation.
• Oversee monthly performance reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial reporting, dashboards, and financial models for informed decision-making.
