A leading organisation in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join their team in Cibitung. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and operational excellence by providing insightful financial analysis and fostering collaboration across supply chain functions. The position offers a unique blend of analytical challenges and cross-functional teamwork.
What you'll do:
As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst based in Cibitung, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills will be instrumental in driving operational success. Your day-to-day activities will involve working hand-in-hand with various departments to collect critical data, transform it into meaningful insights, and present these findings to both finance professionals and non-finance colleagues alike. By preparing comprehensive reports and supporting strategic planning efforts such as budgeting and forecasting, you will help shape the direction of the business while ensuring all processes remain efficient and compliant. Your ability to identify areas for improvement will be highly valued as you contribute ideas that enhance both workflow effectiveness and overall cost management. Through regular interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, you will build strong relationships founded on trust, transparency, and mutual respect—making you an indispensable member of the team.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to gather, analyse, and interpret financial data related to procurement, production, inventory, and distribution processes.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that provide clear visibility into cost drivers, variances, and trends across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by developing robust models that reflect operational realities and enable informed decision-making for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements by evaluating current financial workflows and recommending enhancements that promote efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational strategies, fostering open communication and shared goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to supply chain finance, providing timely updates and recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or tools designed to streamline reporting, automate routine tasks, or enhance data integrity within the finance function.
- Participate in regular meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss findings, address queries, and support collaborative problem-solving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations by maintaining accurate records and supporting audit requirements.
What you bring:
To excel as a Supply Chain Finance Analyst in this role, your background should include hands-on experience analysing financial information within complex operational settings—ideally involving procurement, production planning, inventory control or logistics. Your proven track record of collaborating across teams will set you apart as someone who can bridge gaps between finance specialists and operational staff. You bring not only technical proficiency but also empathy; understanding how your work impacts others enables you to communicate recommendations sensitively yet persuasively. Your approach is methodical yet flexible: you thrive when balancing multiple projects without sacrificing quality or accuracy. A passion for learning ensures you remain up-to-date with evolving best practices while contributing fresh perspectives during process reviews or system upgrades. Above all else, your reliability makes you a trusted partner whose input is sought after during key decision-making moments.
- Big 4 Audit background.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel as well as familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or other financial software tools used for reporting and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds while building positive working relationships across departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities that allow you to present findings clearly to both technical audiences and non-specialists alike.
- A keen attention to detail combined with strong organisational skills ensures accuracy in reporting while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs or project requirements while maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.
- A commitment to continuous learning demonstrated through participation in training programmes or pursuit of relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA (preferred but not essential).
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or system implementations within finance or operations functions would be advantageous.
