This leading FMCG company based outside Jakarta is currently seeking a Tax and Treasury Manager (Medan) to join their existing team. The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience in treasury and reporting knowledge within the industry. In this job, you will be responsible for all finance and reporting matters for the company along with budgeting and controlling.

About the Tax and Treasury Manager (Medan) Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out the analysis for treasure which include variance analysis, planning and budgeting. This role reports directly to the financial controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage treasury function, including meeting short and long-term funding needs
• Understand tax regulation and reporting
• Determine appropriate working capital structure, and make report of net working capital
• Prepare yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditures weekly
• Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance
• Prepare financial forecasts such as revenue, expenses, and others outflow and inflow funding
• Develop cash management and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure that the organisation follows all financial and legal regulations
• Control working capital and discuss with operation team regularly to understand fund needed every week
• Work with operation team to make accurate forecast and budget cash management
• Make analysis and simulation of funding needed if business changes, term of payment changes or sources of funding changes

To succeed in this Tax and Treasury Manager (Medan) role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally be degree qualified with at least four years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
• Confident dealing with the business leaders and has driven process improvements
• Strong team player with a meticulous, analytical mind and strong business acumen is critical to the success of this role
• Must be committed, proactive with a positive work attitude, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in Excel, experience in Hyperion, SAP, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence is an advantage
