What you'll do:
As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and monitoring the organisation's financial systems. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information to document the firm's financial performance. Your expertise will be vital in recommending forecasting requirements, drafting annual budgets, projecting expenditures to prepare periodic statements that meet regulatory requirements. You will also be tasked with developing action plans, auditing operations, proposing efficiency improvements to achieve operational objectives. A key part of your role will involve tracking revenue and expenses while consolidating and analysing financial data. As a leader within the organisation, you will recruit, hire and supervise accounting staff while coordinating training programs.
