About the Accounting Manager (Lending Platform) Role:
Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute to driving profitable and sustainable growth within the organisation, aligning with the group's strategic objectives. By leveraging your expertise, who will oversee financial activities, develop budget strategies, and maintain accurate records to facilitate the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial accounting, reporting (management and statutory reports), month-end closing process, reconciliation and consolidation
• Manage daily accounting activities to ensure compliance, accuracy and completeness of accounting records and transactions and reports in the company
• Understand local regulations in accounting and taxation
• Be responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual report to internal and external reporting
• Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements
• Provide variable contribution analysis, cost vs benefit, forecasting, budgeting
• Participate in discussion about activities and project with the business partners and to ensure all finance aspects have been properly incorporated and assessed
• Give insights prior to management decision making related to data in finance and others
• Propose and review improvements in accounting, business processes and procedures

To succeed in this Accounting Manager (Lending Platform) role, you will need to possess strong technical skills including financial analysis, budgeting, and accurate accounting records.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a well-known university, majoring in accounting
• Minimum of seven years of experience in middle to senior accounting position, preferably in the financial sector industry
• Preferably a CPA, mixed experience between Big 4 and financial industry
• Solid hands-on experience in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for multiple stakeholders (BI, OJK, investors, management, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience in budget forecasting, monitoring and controlling and its communication across the functions
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated business acumen and commercial insight and ability in developing a team
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Leads by example, demonstrates strong work ethic, has initiative and is a self-starter skilled in conflict resolution and problem solving, a creative thinker
• Well organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail; follows through on multiple projects and juggles conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment; sets and meets deadlines
