A leading local retail beauty company is seeking a Accounting Finance Tax Lead to join their team. In this job you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting functions of the company including but not limited to GL, reporting, budgeting, balance sheet, AP and AR and tax.

About the Accounting Finance Tax Lead Role:
This position will be a critical role as you will be responsible for handling the accounting processes of multiple business units. This position will report to the Owner. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of an established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping activities of the company
• Be responsible for account payable process (cash and bank, supplier, contractor and customer account recording and collection/payment cycles)
• Reconsolidate GL accounts and monthly closing process
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, etc) and submit periodical management reports to Group Finance function
• Prepare monthly tax compliance and CITR
• Maintain tax reconciliation and tax balances on general ledger
• Prepare all the periodical financial reports in local GAAP and IFRS
• Support exportation and importation process
• Participate in budgeting and future projections

The successful candidate must possess good communication skills and a persistency to learn and grow.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or Economy
• Fluency in English
• Strong accounting background with accrual accounting mentality
• Experience in local bookkeeping
• Between 3 - 10 years of experience in similar positions
• Results-oriented and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• High sense of responsibility
