Treasury Supervisor

About the Treasury Supervisor Role:
This position will be a critical role as you will be responsible for all matters within credit collection, accounts receivable and treasury. This role reports directly to Manager. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of an established multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the payment schedule and give advisory for its superintendent on payment execution, ensure all payments and drawdowns are completed in a timely manner
• Execute payment based on accordance with its superintendent
• Be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all financial information process within the treasury team, ensure the integrity of financial data
• Payment request system advisory and data maintenance
• Managing external relationship with banks
• Manage check and giro confirmation
• Deal with bank’s treasurer regarding foreign currency exchange
• Prepare the cash forecast and adjusting payment schedule so that the company can achieve the expected run rate
• Manage the investment process based on cash forecast
• Business improvement on treasury and payment process (excel and VBA)

To succeed in this Treasury Supervisor role, you will need to have to have great analytical skills and strong business acumen.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least five years' experience as treasury, account receivable or credit controller in a high-pressure environment, preferably with a background in the distribution industry
• Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills
• Computer literate, advanced experience in Microsoft Office and complex finance systems
• Exceptional people person, who recognises valuable resources and can communicate effectively with internal/external clients
• Highly effective at managing and improving the delivery of high quality of service delivery to clients
