Finance manager

Finance Manager We’re hiring a Finance Manager to run planning, reporting, and performance analysis for a growing business. This role is about numbers, clarity, and accountability. You will work closely with department heads and management to make sure decisions are based on facts, not assumptions.

What You’ll Do

1. Business Planning & Forecasting

• Coordinate annual budgets and periodic forecasts

• Consolidate input from different departments

• Track actuals vs. budget and forecast

• Analyze variances and clearly explain what’s driving them

• Flag issues early and recommend corrective actions

2. Performance Reporting

• Prepare monthly management reports

• Highlight trends, risks, and improvement areas

• Improve reporting tools and data accuracy

• Ensure consistency between financial data and operational performance

3. Strategic & Ad-hoc Analysis

• Support management with financial analysis for business reviews and projects

• Provide clear recommendations based on data

• Help evaluate new initiatives from a financial perspective

4. Team Leadership

• Guide and review the work of team members

• Improve reporting discipline and data quality standards

• Support skill development within the team

Requirements

• You understand budgeting and forecasting end-to-end

• You can interpret data and turn it into clear business insight

• You communicate findings in a structured and concise way

• You can work under deadlines without losing accuracy

• You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to fix

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics (minimum GPA 3.5/4)

• 5+ years in financial reporting, FP&A, or data analytics

• Experience in Big 4 (audit or advisory) is a plus

• Strong Excel skills (advanced level required)
