Finance manager

As a finance manager you will manage all financial operations, from daily accounting to long term strategy. Focusing on profitability, growth, and stability by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting. Ensuring alignment with overall business goals and compliance with the regulations.

You will be responsible for Data analysis and advise management on profit-maximizing ideas, which can help
optimize company profits over time by making intelligent decisions for investments or
spending funds to have the greatest return on investment.

You must have experience in manufacturing/industrial and are expert in SAP.

As a finance manager you are the senior leader in the organization. You will be leading at team of 6 and execute the following duties:

• Responsible to prepare the annual business plan, operational plan (budget).
• Regular business review to drive the growth (e.g., reviews and analyze of sales &
• margin, cost structure, cost optimization.
• Engaged and involved in cost optimization / cost control initiative to secure the long term company strategy
• Responsible for all the annual external audit and corporate internal audit process
• (Corporate Audit) and maintain zero action items of finding follow
• Responsible to manage the company's overall cash flow of company.
• Prepare and consolidate analyses and tracking of the Annual Budget, Rolling Forecasts
• Responsible to drive accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and other statutory regulation.
• Organize, manage and lead the monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting, timely and accurately.
• Lead and manage the preparation of forecasting report to management.

In order to succeed in this role, you bring expert knowledge about industrial environments and have:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any related discipline
• Expert in SAP
• Minimum 10 years experience in the same field
• Excellent Ms Office skill
• Have a very good communication skill
• Have a good negotiation skill
• Have basic knowledged in Auto-cad
• Have a good knowledge in Health Safety and Environment regulation in manufacturing area
