Key Responsibilities as AVP Finance

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including payments, audits, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to develop financial strategies that drive sustainable growth.
• Manage procurement processes and evaluate whether to keep them internal or spin off as a separate function.
• Handle tax planning, compliance, and reporting across multiple business units.
• Support fundraising initiatives by preparing financial models and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor monthly burn rates and EBITDA performance; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical behavior within the finance team.
• Mentor mid-level managers during organizational changes and transitions.
• Deliver timely budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and ad hoc reports for senior management.
• Provide financial due diligence for expansion into new markets (e.g., hospitals or regional cities).

Requirements as AVP Finance

• Proven experience managing finance operations in startups or large corporates.
• Strong expertise in procurement management and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance for multi-location businesses.
• Experience in audit preparation and delivering accurate financial reports.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships across teams.
• Ability to mentor managers through change with clear communication and empathy.
• Analytical skills to distill complex data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Comfortable working directly with C-suite executives and presenting findings effectively.
